Concrete Cutter Hand Held (+ Charge/mm Of Blade Use)

Application:

The hand held concrete cutter is primarily used for cutting into concrete floors and walls . It can also be used for cutting into tar and any uneven undulating surface.
This machine is generally used where there is no electricity and is required on a vertical angle.
It can be used for fossilized material eg use in museums etc.
It is also used for cutting steel by changing the blades. This machine features a direct drive and has an excellent power to weight ratio.
It uses synthetic 2 stroke fuel which we supply and sold in litres.
It has a water feature which allows you to use a hose for continous flow of water to the blade.
The blade used is 355 mm and cut cut to a depth of 165 mm and has a 25.4 mm arbour. It is able to cut through reinforced concrete .Diamond blades are charged out per mm rate ,measured before and after every hire and confirmed with client.
Diamond blades can be bought from us if there is plenty of cutting to be done.

Check fuel level and top up using our 2 stroke synthetic fuel only.
You can connect your water hose if you using .
Place your hand on the handle and obtain a steady footing.
Switch machine on and lock the throttle lever.
Apply choke only if engine is cold, otherwise just pull the recoil to start.
Upon starting release throttle lever and let machine idle and let it warm up.
You can now cut and do not force the machine as it puts strain on the diamond blade.
