Hire Our Tools will be processing information provided in accordance with its Privacy Policy which takes account of the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information ACT, no 4 of 2013.

• We do not share your Personal information.
• We do not spam you with promotions.

1. You hereby agree to provide Hire Our Tools with information, including but not limited to Name, Identity number, Mobile Number, Alternative Contact numbers, Home Address, Email address.
2. The Hirer acknowledges that the purpose for which this personal information is being collected is in order to allow us to:
   1. conduct a credit check with XDS or TransUnion (registered credit Bureau) for us to determine if we can proceed with opening a Hire Profile.
   2. rent the equipment to You and ensure safe return thereof.
3. I the customer confirm that I am supplying this information voluntarily and without any undue influence from any party.
4. I may object to the processing of my personal information.
5. I have the right to access my information to rectify any information in terms of section 11(3) of POPIA

Terms and Conditions that apply to each Hire Contract.

Consent for Credit check and Default Agreement.

• The HIRER gives their consent for a credit check.
• The contract holder hereby agrees that should they default on payment, HIRE OUR TOOLS can make this information available to the Registered credit Bureau's and industry and affiliated businesses. On payment of the outstanding debt the default listing will be amended to read "PAID DEFAULT" until legislation demands complete removal.
• The Owner, HIRE OUR TOOLS, reserves the right to provide a national credit bureau with updated personal information AND may use a national credit bureau database for tracing.

Insurance and Liability

• We do not have insurance on tools that are out!
• If you loose equipment you are liable for the full replacement cost.
• The onus is on the HIRER to insure hired tools and equipment; the HIRER will be charged a fair market value for any loss or damage incurred while in the HIRER possession.
