Application:

Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, although other conductive metals may be cut as well.
Our machine model is a cut 40 com machine capable of cutting through 5 mm steel.It can cut shapes and get in awkward angles with immense precision.

How to Use:

Ensure machine is in a well ventilated environment and there is no water laying on the ground or very damp.
Check where your power source is and hire a extension lead if necessary.
Ensure you have good ground and ensure there is no flammable material around you.
Connect machine to power source and attach ground clamp. The machine is fitted with a safety latch on the handle so you don’t unnecessary switch the torch on.
Press the trigger and cut till cut is complete.

We require your operator to come in for training on how to use so that you can get the deposit back.
The Tip and Electrode are wearing parts, the machine comes complete with 1 tip and 1 electrode free, additional tips and electrodes are supplied at an additional fee.
The swirl only breaks when fitting the electrode and tip incorrectly.
The Nozzle and double pointed spacer get damaged when cutting upside down or cutting material that is too thick or other inappropriate use
